1. Service Changes and Design Modifications

  • All design and architectural changes must be finalized before proceeding to the next stage of drawings or approvals.
  • Any modification requested after the design process has advanced will incur additional charges based on the scope of changes.
  • Clients are requested to review and confirm all designs thoroughly before providing final approval.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available under any circumstances once the design or consultation process has started.
  • All payments made toward services are considered final and non-refundable.

3. Plot Size and Dimensions

  • The correct plot dimensions and size must be provided by the client before starting the design process.
  • If there is any discrepancy or incorrect information provided by the client regarding the plot after work has begun, thehouseofdreams.in will not be responsible for changes or rework required due to those discrepancies.
  • Any redesign or adjustment required due to dimension changes will be treated as a new service and charged accordingly.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, concepts, and content shared during the project remain the intellectual property of The House of Dreams until full payment is completed.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs or content is strictly prohibited.

5. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information during the initial consultation.
  • Delays due to missing information, approvals, or communication lapses from the client’s end are not the responsibility of the company.
  • Clients must comply with all local authority norms, permissions, and construction guidelines. We offer advisory assistance but do not guarantee approval from local authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The House of Dreams is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party contractors, government approvals, or incorrect client-provided data.
  • Our liability is limited solely to the value of the services offered directly by us.

7. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our website and services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
